The Tourism Authority of Thailand marked its 50th Anniversary with a "Golden Jubilee Media Mega Fam Trip" which brought hundreds of international and local journalists to a seminar on "Thailand: Today's Trends, Tomorrow's Tourism" opened by Tourism and Sports Minister Chumphol Silapaarcha at the Convention Center. He was met on arrival by Hotel Managing Director Phantipha Thongchindavong.
